Finding Health Care
The first step in registering with Bridges to Care is choosing your primary care provider.

Please select the clinic that will be your regular source of primary health care.  Twenty-one such clinics in Nashville serve the uninsured and adjust their charges based on family size and income.

In choosing your clinic, important factors to consider are location, hours of operation and language.  You may click on the following boxes to see lists of clinics based on location, hours, and language.

There are also specialty clinics.  The Downtown Clinic for the Homeless serves only homeless persons.  They have no charges for their services.  There are two clinics that serve persons with HIV/Aids: Comprehensive Care Center and First Response Center.
