Bridges to Care offers transportation via Metro Transit
Authority bus to medical appointments at Bridges to Care
affiliated clinics to those persons registered with
Bridges to Care who have no other means of
transportation.
If you
can answer “no” to each of the following questions, then
you may qualify.
- Is your clinic within walking
distance of your home?
- Do you own car?
- Do you have a neighbor,
friend, or family member who can take you to the
doctor?
- Do you have money for bus
fare?
If you think you may qualify,
call 615-340-0573 at least 7 days before your
appointment. Our staff will determine if you qualify
and, if so, mail you a MTA bus pass.
