Mental Health Needs
If you are feeling desperate, alone or hopeless, suicidal or having thoughts of hurting yourself reach out for help now by doing one of the following:

·         Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), a free, 24-hour hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. Your call will be routed to the nearest crisis center to you.
·
Call 911
·         Go the nearest Emergency Room

Taking care of your mental health is important at every age.  If you've been feeling stressed, down, anxious, overwhelmed or out of control, or care about someone who is having difficulty coping, mental health treatment may be right for you. Sometimes people have these feelings when they are going through a tough time; other times these feelings may seem to come out of nowhere. In either case it is important to seek help. No one should suffer in silence.

This portion of the Bridges to Care website provides:

1.        User friendly links to community resources and mental health screenings that may be helpful for you or someone you care about.
